Epic Construction today completed the first two houses on the architecturally unique residential development, Elysium Noosa, and the finished articles are said to be as impressive as the project itself.

The two exclusive homes, designed by Cox Rayner and Gabriel and Elizabeth Poole, are the first to be completed in Stage 1 of the massive 189-house development, which is selling at an incredible rate.

With each house on Elysium Noosa being architecturally different the building process has been difficult from conception to completion, but Epic Construction’s team of experienced builders has risen to challenge.

Adam Woods, Epic’s Head of Marketing, said, “The first houses are usually the most difficult to build, but our team in Noosa have done an amazing job. The houses are stunning.”

The challenge doesn’t stop there however with Epic Construction already working on several more homes and the centre piece of the development, a multi-purpose community centre, with state of the art facilities.
